Ty Thurman - Manager

Ty has been a Franklin resident since 1998, when he moved from Northern California to pursue songwriting. He began enjoying an occasional cigar while working at a Silicon Valley company that had several aficionados... even an office humidor! Since arriving in Tennessee, he's worked on Music Row, performed in the round at the Bluebird, and has been a sales rep, cook and coffee barista. He started coming to Woody's as a customer, then hired on as a Christmas employee a few years ago, and he's still here. Ty enjoys helping customers select great cigars and beers that match their tastes and budget. When someone comes back and buys more from his suggestions, he know he's done his job.

Matt Barrios - Assistant Manager & Beer Expert

Matt has lived in the Nashville area since 1993.   During this time, he also lived in Washington DC and Knoxville for a couple of years each.  Matt enjoys cigars and recommending them to customers.   However, his passion is beer.   With over 1000 beers rated, he is the resident beer guy.  Ask him to help pair beer with food or cigars.
